Join Jamie Butler for a 10-week class series to build your confidence and courage to communicate with loved ones in spirit!

Class 1- What is your relationship?

A. Looking at your relationship from a higher perspective.

B. Practicing how to identify your emotions around your relationship by making a list.

C. Identify what your needs are with the relationship with the use of need cards.

D. Know why you are wanting to continue this relationship.

Class 2-How do you stay neutral?

A. Learning about what triggers you.

B. Checking in with your belief systems, do they support you? such as where is your loved one? Are they still themselves? Are you bothering them too much?

C. Knowing what you are feeling and how to have a better relationship with those emotions

D. How to work with your grief, suffering, and disappointment?

Class 3- How to reach rest and relaxation

A. Feeling subtle light energy

B. How to think about your loved one without using memories

C. Using breath work to calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Class 4- How to have a conversation with spirit

A. How do you know when to start?

B. What questions to ask to keep the connection strong

C. Staying in conversation without expectation

Class 5-Meditation

A. Class-led meditation, come ready to be guided, get comfortable

B. Practicing feeling the signs of rest and relaxation in your body

C. Practicing softening your thoughts around connecting to your loved one

D. Practicing being close to their presence

Class 6-Hypnogogic Practice

A. Collect photos of your loved one that express who they are, and not the memory about what they are doing in the photo.

B. Have a pen and paper or recorder next to the bed to download experiences

C. Journaling experiences keep the progress moving forward.

D. Connecting and making meanings to your experiences.

Class 7-Separating your inner voice from spirit’s voice

A. Learning the difference between your internal voice to others

B. Discover where your imagination is helping you express your intuition & psychic abilities and where it is prohibiting progress.

C. Looking at the subtle differences between “here” and “there”, “present” and “future & past”

Class 8- Building Trust with your new relationship

A. Learn kinesiology to support your new connection.

B. Trusting your body’s intelligence

Class 9-Styles of communication

A. Walk and talk to get out of your head

B. Using body exhaustion to help fuel neutrality.
