Journey into the Heart

In this class, we discuss:
- What heart energy is
- The mystery of the heart
- The beauty of exploring the heart

We will do a guided meditation/ journey into our heart spaces so we can see and befriend what's there.

This is a great practice for anyone looking to be more centered in their life. It's also amazing for people who want to look within for insight!
