Note about this class: There was a little technical issue about 13 minutes in and the screen goes black but comes back. Also, the class is very physically challenging. Taking advantage of the Full Moon energy we will book end the practice tomorrow with two full moon meditations! Antar Naad Mudra is a key to opening the flow of Kundalini. The new awareness will give you the authority to make the right choices to conquer the ugliness of life. You will be peaceful and secure. The Kriya will bring us in the space of inspiration and excitement that we need to stay disciplined this month! We must use all our tools to stay in a higher vibration and guard our thoughts, staying away from fear and despair. We will end the class with a meditation for letting go and healing. This is a beautiful meditation to allow ourselves to JUST BE.
This is a long set of physical exercises that focuses on detoxing the muscles and tissues of the body. This is an intermediate class, so be sure you do not have any physical injury or limitations when practicing this class. When we create and maintain flexibility of the spine it correlates to flexibility in the mind. This a fabulous kriya with mediation built into the kriya using the primal sounds, "SA TA NA MA" (Infinity, Life, Death, Rebirth). I look forward to sharing and practicing this with you!

Creative Energy Kriya is a very thorough and physical kriya! During the energy of the Leo New Moon, it is a great time to get into your creative flow and set intentions for the new way forward. Meditation for prosperity, we will set the vibration to exist in the space that we are meant to be!
The physical kriya will be a balance between challenge and relaxation. Strengthening the body to exist in vitality during stress. The meditation is for the projection that uses the neutral mind to intuit all the expected and unexpected impacts of the mental thoughts you feel now or that in the past were a part of you. It provides guidance and the way through any block is yours.
This Kundalini Kriya will energize the system by working the entire body through breath and movement. Awakening your awareness to places within the body that need balance and more pranic energy. Leigh will take you through a warm up sequence and guide you through the kriya at a steady pace. There is a deep relaxation within the set, so it will be nice to have a blanket close by to cover up with. We will finish one of the 5 meditations for the gray period of the planet that will make you feel cozy and content.
The title of the kriya speaks for itself... the exercises are targeting the colon and cleansing. Please have 12oz of prune juice with you when you begin the set. If you do not have the juice you can still take the class but the benefits are greater with the juice. This set combines movement and breath work.

This class will teach you a kriya that you could actually practice from your bed in the mornings to help you get up and get going to face the day. Here we will properly tune in and warm up for the physical exercises and then move into one of the five meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan specifically to prepare for "the gray period of the planet and to bring mental balance." The final work in the class will clear the lymph glands in the upper chest and creating balance between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. We will work with the mantra "Hariang" which means "Shiva, Destroyer oof Evil" it is a powerful mantra which brings wealth and intuitive opportunity.
