If your'e new to remote healings, just keep an open mind. Don't stress out if your mind distracts during the session. Just let yourself be guided through Jaimie's voice and relish in the present moment. Enjoy the time you carved out for yourself to experience a bit of peace and stillness. If you start to feel and see the presence of the Archangels/multidimensionals, that is even cooler! Take it all in.

I left the healing feeling that a big weight had been lifted from my heart.
