As a person who has spent the last decade in the academic and research fields of the science of how our spaces impact our wellbeing, it was hard for me to realize my own gifts based on my limiting beliefs of how I viewed the world. Through my journey so far, including being part of Jamie Butler’s incredible mentorship program!, I now believe we all have our own ability to connect to these gifts and are all connected to so much more than we often let our eyes see.
