Pranic Soul Blend combines the pranayama breath work and meditation aspects of Kundalini yoga with the creative dynamic flow of Vinyasa. You can expect tuning into your higher self with mantra in the beginning of class, starting slowly with breath work to get completely connected and then moving through 45 minutes of vinyasa flow. Leigh ends the class with an 11 minute meditation that is worth the effort.
